      Pros

      Great area, lot of learning, fair hours of work (I'm able to work and study at the same time), the team is great.

      Cons

      Despite the learning, the bank should have higher salaries. It's unequal to other companies from the same industry (investment banking).

      PTO, coworkers, location, hours and parking

      Cons

      Minimal training, scary lack of policy and procedures, high attrition, poor health plans, lower end salaries, ridiculously low percentage of raises, no promotions, lack of opportunities (unless you know someone), micromanaged by upper management who does not even know the job.
