      Friendly environment with most employees, good public access and free parking

      Cons

      Everything else was bad. Senior management has a culture of pushing employees and demanding with no sort of aim. They lack technology and need to improve their internal relationship by offering more respect to those who've been there before. Culture shock to many. Work life balance is nonexistent. Huge turnover
