Pros

Benefits, company sponsored sporting game events (Mavericks/Stars/Rangers/Cowboys), compensation, bonus

Cons

Long hours in the Accounting/Finance dept, no discount or employer paid parking, politics and favoritism, no room for growth, company is expanding/growing too fast and not enough workers, very unstable, horrible managers that should not be in that role. Seems that management is comfortable in their role and does whatever is necessary to keep it, even if it means throwing you under the bus.

Pros

Nice customers. Great benefits and PTO!

Cons

The People there are backstabbers and will betray you and Break your heart. They conspire to get you fired if you don't follow their treacherous ways. They break rules and when you tell on them you get terminated. And they stop you from collecting unemployment and you'll end up on Welfare and begging for money to live. They want to destroy good people. And they prevent you from getting a job. Don't work there please!

Pros

Work life balance is pretty good. Pay is decent. Bonus can be expected. Most people try as hard as they can and to the best of their abilities.

Cons

Inefficient senior management, too many office politics, no sense of direction, unreasonable workloads. Stupidity is commonplace, expected, and rewarded. ER does nothing to help any employee regardless of section of the bank, Business Partners are constant cogs in the wheel, talent management is almost non-exsistent, recruiting is useless, learning and development can't get it together, and I would like to know what compensation does. The only good group seems to be Payroll.
