Pros

Supposedly a good salary. Maybe the possibility of moving laterally

Cons

Horrible organizational culture. Higher ups and director are the ones getting the bonuses and at the same time making mistakes that cost the bank millions and millions. There is no accountability. When a project fails everybody blames everybody. There are managers who dont have any idea about how to manage the day to day operations. Goals at all levels and for all products are un-achievable.

Pros

I do not have any pros.

Cons

When first started working there, everything was great. A couple months into me being there (with no attendance issues at all) I became sick with pneumonia and bronchitis and missed a few days of work. I came in after getting better with a doctor note and was told on the spot I am fired ad my note is not needed. So if your employee is hospitalized you automatically fire them? Seems like discrimination to me and action needs to be taken against the company. So sad because I thought very highly of the company.

Pros

The 401(k) contributions made by the employee the contribution made by the company vests immediately

Cons

Executive management at Santander changes almost annually, which results in corresponding turnover at the levels beneath. If you are terminated as part of these annual changes in Executive management, no severance whatsoever will be provided. The people who stay at Santander spend their time covering up the company's many shortcomings, not fixing the sources of the shortcomings. Management does not want to hear any "bad" news - especially if it's true.
