Pros
Large company with competitive benefits, has attracted great employees from many respected companies but it ends there
Cons
Where do I start? Struggles to run efficiently and within US regulations. Great staff in the banks but home office senior management combats with Spain oversight that is not in tune with US ways and respect for employees or US regulations. This creates the kind of environment where "they eat their own young" is an apt description. Many workers that came from great companies but found no greatness become unhappy and paranoid. No respect for diversity or inclusion. No respect for life work balance.
