There was a change in leadership over two years ago and since then, the CHC division has gone downhill. The leadership is bullish, lacks care for people or strategy. Top talent have left and others are looking to leave. There is a lack of understanding of an FMCG business now and while sales are good, the team are miserable and have turned on each other.
The people who are left are trying to do their best but lack guidance and are petrified of making a decision. Unless you are a sycophant you are unlikely to survive.
