      Pros

      Flexibility is a company policy (flex time) and if you have the right manager, they will truly work with you for work life balance. Pay is good if you ask for a higher salary up front as a new hire to the company. For the area, the benefits and pay is hard to match.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy, completely disconnected upper management, over worked, constantly rolling policies that seem like no "working person" reviewed them before telling us to do it. Some upper management seem to do nothing all day and are never around.

      Pros

      Global business Working with some very smart people Director of Communications is brilliant woman with a very good head on her shoulders. Communications team is strong and dynamic group of individuals.

      Cons

      Toronto office is having a really hard time. Senior management are not aligned. Very low moral among employees. Approximately half of the Toronto business is made up of contracted employees who receive no benefits or thanks from the company. They are also not allowed to partake in any employee recognition events(summer BBQ) despite the fact that many of the contractors have worked at the Toronto office day in and day out for years.

      Pros

      Great management. Lots of opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Pay is too low and below industry standards. Vaccine specialist are not primary care representative or entry level sales people. They are truly account managers and hospital representatives. The pay should be higher for the type of jobs they do.
