"Good ol' boys" club in QC department. The deputy directors are NOT nice people. Training and evaluation is left to co-workers and if they determine that they do not like you for whatever reason, the time clock to your departure has begun. Good luck informing management or the DD of your training issues, their answer will always side with the trainer even though you are openly being trained inadequately. Yearly raises are next to nothing. I watched so many good people leave the QC dept not because they lacked competency but because someone from the "club" didn't like them which stunted their growth within the dept. So much fraternization, nepotism and favoritism it's as if EEO regulations doesn't exist for them. Poor temp workers with dreams of being hired permanently... Good luck

Management is very receptive to listening to problems but does not care to do anything to actively address them even when employees offer valid solutions to make everyone's work lives better. They are also more than willing to pay people with less experience more money to do less than current employees. People undeserving of promotions are the people who end up getting them.
