I have heard that the people are very good, good pay, great benefits.

Cons

I’m bringing attention to a very disturbing experience I had when I was asked to apply to a position with Sanofi. Before I could submit my online application, I was forced to enter my DOB. This is in clear violation. I have no doubt that I was not called because of my age. There was something even worse: two questions ask potential employees what they’re sexual orientation is. What?! What is it any business of Sanofi to ask these questions?! What does it even matter? The application process was vile and intrusive.

Salary, benefits, 401k and health insurance.

Cons

The management process is abusive and racist. I've seen too much "behind the wall" and hate how our individual performers can be treated. This company screams diversity and only hire minorities for their low level positions. There is no difference between management, executive level positions and a bag of marshmallows.

The company has fantastic benefits program. They promote DE&I, however, I have heard not all dept. are as diverse. They are mindful and promote work-life balance, but it depends on your manager. The salary is on the higher end of the industry. The 401k is great at 1.5X your contributions.

Cons

Depending on where you end up, the people you work with and your manager can make or break your experience. Decisions are slow. Processes are slow, which can cause a lot of frustration on your day to day work. A lot of smoke is blown from people. Some leaders really don't have a clue what they are doing. Opportunity for growth is limited, unless you can smooch and make your way up. Can be bureaucratic.
