      I worked at this place a while back and its done nothing but fall on its face since I and a bunch of other left. This IS the pro. Run.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were decent. The coworkers themselves were well selected. Days were of reasonable length.

      Cons

      Poor communication and culture allowed for finger pointing and blaming as well as extreme favoritism. Other employees were afforded opportunities and forgiveness in situations others were not. Siloing of information not just between departments but within teams left little insight into the activities of others. Underperformers were consistently excused for poor work and even worse behavior. The expectation was for others to pick up the work, no questions asked and perform the responsibilities of 2 employees with no questions asked.

      Pros

      they spend millions of money in show off and the people with connections move positions even when they are not qualified for that role. lower level staffs get penalized by lay off or no increment when they have to budget issues.

      Cons

      flexible work environment. if you are a hard and smart worker. this is not place for you.
