Pros

Work/life balance, flexibility and benefits. If you manage your territory in a smart way: i.e. call on customers (doctors) that you have access to and can influence (and therefore increase your bonus dollars), you can work your job every day and be able to arrange your schedule around your personal and family needs i.e. ballgames, recitals, car repairs, illnesses, etc. The benefits package is excellent including 401 K with matches, excellent medical/dental/vision, "life coaches" i.e. college coach, health savings, company car and a gas card that not only gives you free gas, but you can use your car for personal reasons!

Cons

The meetings and bonus structure. Meetings are held a minimum of 5 times a year and last at least three days and always consist of a new sales model to learn which is a twist of the old sales model but with a new name. They also consist of endless role plays focusing on product knowledge, negotiation skills, and closing skills that sound fake when practiced and do nothing to help with sellilng skills. The goals that are set to make bonus are usually too aggressive to make very good money, but just average money: about $3000 a quarter.

Pros

Great benefits from retirement, time off, medical, etc. - If you want to punch the clock and just do enough to get buy, its a great place to work as those that do just do what they are told are rewarded.

Cons

Management does not want differing opinions, they openly tell employees that their jobs are to execute, not to think, that is done in Paris. Therefore, if you are someone who wants to think, who wants to at least be heard, who wants to leverage their experiences, this may not be the place for you.

Pros

Great benefits, a few good products to sell, to get pharmaceutical experience, to see how Big Pharma works, to get a paycheck (albeit one on the low end of the pharma company pay spectrum)

Cons

Micromanagement of employees, constant poor corporate decision making resulting in an increasingly unstable company, no clear vision or path for employees (business plan/model changes virtually every quarter), corrupt management, bonus payout reports ridiculously late and often contain conspicuously "funny" math, little opportunity for advancement or growth compared to other companies, abusive managers, poor product pipeline, loss of credibility in the medical community, unethical practices, disregard for employee morale
