      Pros

      Great possibilities for growth and advancement, if you are willing to relocate. People are willing to let you make mistakes as you learn. Great place to work, with honestly good people.

      Cons

      Not very many desirable locations, often prioritize engineering ahead of all other job types. Manufacturing is not the best sector to be in right now. All decisions are made in Sweden. Great if you're in Sweden, not so great otherwise.

      Good fellow workers - its a pleasure to work with them every day

      Cons

      poor leadership - wrong people chosen, poor training no career progression despite promises no respect for employees no respect for customer inefficient business model antiquated IT system hard work and effort is not recognised in any way those who sit around all day doing very little get away with it plans for improvement not followed through

      Employees are all very friendly, overall nice environment to work in Pay was decent considering situation worked during normal working hours

      Projects that were given to me were very mundane, I have no idea what it was actually used for in the end
