Cons

Lots of people in wrong position. Some function would definitively need a restyle and much more competence bring it in. Turnaround of staff is quite high. So many reason to feel unstable Low salary compare to market

Amazing 401k. Lots of upward mobility. Benefits are good and the company overall is very stable. Everyone is elegible for yearly bonus.

Cons

Owned and managed in Sweden, distance can be an issue sometimes. Local management is great though. The pros definitely outweigh the cons
