Horrible organization with way too many managers controlling everything you do. There are eight,(8), levels of managers between an ordinary product development engineer and the CEO!? The whole organization is built on control and the employees are treated like cattle, if you do not seem to fit in your role you WILL get moved around to different departments. There are constantly meetings about everything, sometimes you get the impression that meetings are being held just for the cause of it. Lower level managers are afraid to take decisions so instead as many people as possible are invited to meetings so that managers can not be accused of taking the wrong decisions personally. To get anything done you must ensure to have both secured your decision upwards and downwards in the extremely hierarchaly built organization. Wages are being kept below average for the industry in general and senior managers are treated like "gods" by lower level managers.
