Management is fair and decisions are made as transparently as possible. Compensation and benefits were great. Chance to travel to Sweden for work and interact with colleagues from all over the world. Management outlook is long term.

Cons

Decisions were sometimes slow to be made and ultimately room for further advancement was limited.
