      Pros

      At the working level, the employees are great. Nice facilities. Good computer system including robust company Intranet site.

      Cons

      Very top heavy with white male managers. Little to no female and minority managers, except in token jobs like HR

      A lot of knowledge on designing mining equipment. High interest on improvements.

      Senior management was lacking on strategic thinking, projects often based on direct customer requirements without analysis of overall impact.
