Great people working there. Benefits were really good, especially 401K. Upper management was honest about state of company.

Cons

Did not challenge engineers, engineering department was fully concentrated on completing hard to meet deadlines and could have done better job of developing engineers.

Excellent workforce, willing to go above an beyond to get the job done.

Cons

Poor management and poor planning cause issue on the shop floor and in turn the issues on the shop floor cause poor delivery and profit margins

Really flexible times, you can actually work until 7 pm and arrive at 10 am instead of 8 am

Cons

At entry level there are other companies that have higher salaries. The salary is negotiable though when you are holding your interview
