Great work life balance, flexible working hours, opportunity to travel and work in multinational teams, incredible managers (if you are lucky), great people in the 'sandvik family'

Cons

Management has no clear strategy, inconsistent application of policy and distribution of perks, opportunities for advancement more relationship than merit based, in 3 years we have had 3 different organisations and it looks like another one is coming, expect unwavering loyalty from employees but one small hiccup on the bottom line and none is shown to its people.
