Pros
wonn't lose you job, good salary, laid back culture, a lot of free lunches, only 37 1/2 hour work week. good location = easy to get to from highway
Cons
no overall leadership at the company/no direction/poor future, people do whatever they want, no communications about what is going on, co-workers stab you in the back. Old ways of doing things and computer systems that don't work. If you are not in the local clique you will be treated poorly.
