      poor salary agreements, women work much harder then men have to prove self and fight legacy issues, unstable market, full re-orgs several time in recent years

      Usually regular days, few surprises, you can almost be sure to be out of the office by 5 pm.

      Cons

      Management does not realise that some employees crave opportunities for development, professional and personal growth. Extremely short-term thinking.
