      Pros

      Very stable company with a real care paid to their employees, canteen, insurance, perks, benefits, it is the typical company where you could spend the rest of your working life in.

      Cons

      Hard to enhance and move ahead in your career, salaries are not very motivating, variable part of your salary package only in small part depends on your results

      Pros

      Sandvik products are the best in the industry. The job paid well and offered many benefits such as company car, PTO, and strong health package.

      Cons

      Middle management was weak. Cherry picking of accounts by senior sales reps left newer, more experienced reps with very small accounts.
