      Pros

      Endless overtime , good benefits , always busy , great 401k , The company is always looking to the future .

      Cons

      Pay could be more competitive . Need higher caps on raises . It was nice when they would have family orientated company events . I think they should bring some of that back

      Relatively new management team have learnt nothing over the last two years. Seems that if you are in the USA you have a chance to be recognised and promoted - even though core business is still in Europe.
