Constant feedback from superiors, flexible work hours, allows for freedom of expression, open to improvement suggestions, work and life balance is encouraged, office health and safety is a priority

Cons

Promotion opportunities are biased towards older/aged employees, this is seen through company management. A bit slow to making necessary changes that affect company perfomance
