      Great career possibilities, especially if you have an interest in engineering and or machinery.

      Cons

      Stiff organisation. Decisions take verry long time and there are often too many managers involved. You have a lot of benefits if you are related or close to the managers.

      Pros

      The organization offers great benefits and a competitive salary. It's a wonderful opportunity to gain exposure to heavy equipment manufacturing in a global environment in which international travel is tied to many roles. Fast paced and deadline driven.

      Cons

      Executive management is not always in alignment. Constantly shifting priorities and, depending upon your position, limited work/life balance. New hires aren't always given the full capacity to succeed due to lack of training/development and coaching by their manager(s). It's an extremely complex organization to navigate through without the proper integration.
