      Sandvik is one of the best company in the world that has got a lot of career opportunities . Sandvik believe in training their stuff in order to develop them unlike other companies that are afraid to train their stuff because they believe that once people are trained they leave the company

      Cons

      Sometimes superiors over step their boundaries and come with their own rules that the company does not even know about it. Lack of internal audit on HR and Financial issues. When people begin to live the company, the company need to know why.
