Pros
Working in Mississauga for more than 1 yr, absolutely not a good place, constant monitoring and checking where I go when I’m not on my seat, so shocking when I started and worst micro . Old crap technology, not for a tech savvy like me. Obviously who runs this dept. don’t have managerial background/skills. Also some bosses/logistics in Europe will ask all kind of work need to done. This Dept. having very high turn of employees, you can be out easily, don’t value people. There’s one person that was actually good and gone. Some people I met are good.
Cons
This is just job only, not a career, must be friendly with the boss to keep this job for now, favoritism, some people will hang around in his office and chat, while others have lots of work and others few. I know I can be kick out easily here, saw this to others. So continue networking and keep looking whenever I can, sadly.
