Not a fixed time jobe

Unstable management. Their written vision and mission should be redefined. Scope of learning is limited for mid-level employees, it gets saturated after a point of time and then no opportunity to improve your skills in different dimension as they are very concern about their budget allocation to train employees! Very tight about maintaining office timing. Punch times are recorded and employee has to explain if the hours are not met.
