Great facilities, the people are absolutely hard working, lovely and approachable.

Cons

Redundancies, Redundancies, Redundancies. Finance and HR are currently undergoing massive changes. Sandvik likes a massive change every two years or so. i'm now literally competing with my colleagues for other jobs in our market. It's absurd. Since the announcement of the redundancies, no one has done any work what so ever. Why would you if it doesn't matter anyway?
