      Pros

      Fantastic benefits package. Overtime opportunities including over 8 hrs. daily. The company continues to attempt to find ways in which to improve morale in a multi-cultured environment.

      Cons

      Work opportunities are extremely limited. Poor communications processes. Work hours are less than favorable from 12:30 p.m. - finish (11:45 pm on occasion)

      Good people, work/life balance, meet lots of people from different backgrounds and countries. Autonomy to make my own decisions and a manager to back me up.
