Terrible management. Do not ever trust Human Resources, “totally violated personal confidentiality and there most certainly will be repercussions if you rock the boat !”

Swedish company does not want employees working overtime excessively- especially weekends. Pretty good benefits.

Cons

Company consistently hires uneducated, under-qualified Director level leaders, and leadership is very poor.
