Decent pay and benefits. Most of the time the work environment is good.

Cons

Ubication, workshop location cannot be worse. You can spend 5 hours on the company bus. it is in the middle of nowhere. Lack of a clear and good management strategy, no business growth, only survival. Salaries are lower than in competing companies.
