Artisan is a great company to work for, there is a strong sense of comradery and team work in the day to day operations throughout the entire company. Annual parties for the staff members and weekly food in the breakroom really helps to keep morale up not to mention their great benefits package! Artisan is the leading manufacturer in the battery electric mining equipment industry which is on the verge of changing mining globally. It's great to see the engineering group and support group working directly with the production staff during prototype builds as well as supporting production on existing products!
Cons
The scope of Artisans work has changed from only building battery packs to also building these massive machines, the current facility is tight but they are in the process of moving to a new facility in February structured around the new products and their size.
