Pros

Well-organized company with managers and peers who respect one another. People are valued, which makes them want to give more. Hours are reasonable and somewhat flexible.

Cons

Based in Sweden, the American arm is not as respected as the international locations.

Another great Group to loose its identity....

Pros

Used to be a great company to work, with freedom to act, friendly atmosphere and a prosperous organization with people working hard and achieving great things!

Cons

Since 2011, with the disaster resulting from bringing the outsider Olof Faxander as CEO, to satisfy the capital markets, the company turned upside down. Still a good company but only short-term driven with exaggerated focus on short-term results = cost cutting. Loosing great opportunities in today's markets as a consequence. Keep loosing several great people. Competition must be happy!

Pros

Flex Hours. Close to home short travel to the workplace.

Cons

Very Slow, Outdated Methods, Many non-engineering parts of business seen as lowest priority and no investment to make things work in a good way.
