Very slow Living too much in the past, vision/strategy for future unclear

Poor management style and philosophy on one-way views / politics, felt biased against non-Swedes, especially non-consistent application of internal policies ("inner circle" team members felt exempt from various internal policies); people talk behind your back, even the Head of Tax will speak negatively about team members with other people (literally calling someone "a waste of air" or making negative comments about their physical attributes in a vain attempt at humor?); hypocritical behaviors were used to describe the "Swedish" style.
