      Great boss, I'm reporting too. Fully supports me in all situations,

      Top management doesn't know what their doing, no support to the sales department. No loyalty to long term distributors, have sold out for immediate sales results at expense of relationships. No longer value employees with knowledge or sales experance, but entry level employees and low wages. No longer respect the employees, but rather how management can capitalize on their personal bonuses

      Pros

      Great team spirit with a lot of great experiences both locally and internationally. Enjoyed most all of my time there.

      Cons

      Their is a definite political game/culture. Mind your words and who you express frustration to, not all are the friends they appear to be. Many ladder climbing yes men/women.
