      Pros

      Very mindful and people focused company. Of Course it's a huge corporation, so conditions may vary in different locations. Innovative, and has drive to make a positive impact both customer's efficiency as well as the industry and the environment. At least in my opinion encourages people to educate themselves, grow and advance.

      Can be slow to change in some areas, and bureaucracy in large companies can sometimes demotivate.
