In spite of the current spin off, I am amazed how well the teams work together. There is such a collegial and friendly atmosphere even under this enormous transformation. I believe this is a consequence of a true compromise to the company´s philosophy from all layers of management. The Holzkirchen site is a bit remote but very cosy .

Cons

A bit slow in embracing innovation, but I see a growing and genuine interest in engaging novel approaches for biosimilar development
