Great benefits. Cheap cost of living. If you know the right person, there might be opportunities for you. Especially in QA. It should just about be time to clean house again.

Cons

Plant fails to execute. Problems everywhere. Employees dropping like flies. People seem to really enjoy listening to themselves talk in order to never have to make a reasonable decision.

Process well defined. Global Portfolio. Work in projects with colegues from several countries. Possibility to know differet cultures. Big opportunities to carrier climbers.

Cons

In seven years I worked with five different country heads. This caused the loss of continuity of the strategy. In addition the company failed to adapt to some market needs.
