Colleagues, relatively good culture and atmosphere.

Cons

The company is still struggling after the spin-off, and it often seems like there’s no clear direction. Communication from leadership and across functions is weak, still could be improved, and maintaining a healthy work–life balance is really challenging due to constant high workload.
