People really are proud for working towards a big purpose. High volume of helpful colleagues despite the extremely competitive and unstable environment.

Cons

Lives in the past. Leadership is a mess. Air time is more important than actual work. No way to retain talent.

Cons

Too much management turnover and lack of consistent strategy. Long term vision and strategies more often than not not being generated and / or pursued, creating great ambiguity about objectives and productive performance.
