Colleagues in cross-functional teams taking credit for sales teams success. Despite supply problems, management keeping customer facing teams in the dark and customers hearing about supply issues before commercial teams briefed. More redundancy waves coming in the near future and constant rummers of job losses. Sandoz still hiring people. Management pressures trickling down into company atmosphere. Company becoming more hierarchical. car policy worst I’ve seen. future of bonus earning concerning with supply issues and constant last minute product changes.
