      salary is good in compare with other local companies , i got enough experince at sandoz . and i am trusted about the company ethics and roles and also it's products

      Cons

      so difficult to get job posting there is alot of like and dislike for top management some times i think the employee is sperated from the company manager every one think in diffrent way

      Pros

      Excellent Systems are in place. Company gives a lot of importance to People Practices and really values its employees. They believe and practice in fair trade and integrity.

      Cons

      Company has some challenges owing to its matrix structure. Decision making is sometimes slow due to the same.

      You get the resources that are only available to very big companies. You can go to meetings and workshops to learn.

      Management is not very clear about the directions and goals. Decision making is slow and may not make sense to you.
