      Flexible working conditions in a challenging environment. Plenty of opportunity to move within the group.

      Cons

      Everything take a very long time to get done. This will frustrate most people who are not used to the pharma industry.

      Division Head is passionate and goal oriented. This gives confidence to the team and motivates. Relatively diverse team in terms of culture.

      At times gets a feeling that it is a small company of its own. Need to collaborate more with parent organizations.

      Pros

      Fast paced and performance oriented environment. Very good incentives for working hard & smart, both high salary, bonus schemes and promotion outlooks. Also, very good job opportunities abroad (almost anywhere in the world)

      Cons

      Not a place for people who enjoy a peaceful working environment. If not a roboust and fast thinking person - stress is almost inevitable. Competition between teams and even colleagues tend to be very intense - you cannot be a humble person if you want success in this company.
