Excellent benefits and pay. If you were not in a job directly related to the 24 / 7 manufacturing it seem like a great place to work.

Cons

Extremely fast paced. Long hours and 24/7 availability was expected. No document control system, and too much wasted paper and time. Validation folks tortured while some groups worked 8-5 M-F.

Excellent compensation and quality of their products.

Cons

Upper management doesn't know how to run generics as they come from branded business. Upper management set unrealistic expectations and they don't have the courage to accept their mistakes. Instead, they blame the people below for the poor performance that is the result of not listening in the first place.

PharmaDerm has a good product. Talented colleagues.

Cons

Low pay and bonuses compared to competitors. High pressure and no accountability from executives. Disorganized. Unrealistic expectations. Under appreciated. No real perks for being a "specialty" company.
