      Pros

      I really can't think of any pros at this time. I enjoy the people there, however there doesn't seem to be a solid structure.

      Cons

      The company doesn't hire the amount of people it needs. It seems to have many there who are not doing much and the rest are overworked. The company lacks a vision or path forward.
