Really smart motivated people, working towards a common goal can do anything! Great benefits,great programs for training and support. Working on a more positive supportive culture that recognizes the contributions of hard working staff at every level.

Cons

Implementation of programs across organization inconsistent(remote work or flex work) . Sometimes there is not enough guidance on what success looks like so metrics are not fairly delivered. High performance not recognized often enough. Salary trend slow and sometimes "corrections" are slow or delayed. Negotiate well up front.
