Pros

plenty of overtime, the other employees are pretty helpful. you get hour breaks and can leave and go out. they do alot of different events to make everyone feel included. very diverse

Cons

not a company for anyway with a family very time consuming and inconsiderate. time management is horrible and the training is sparse. they lie about the description of your job title and the times

Pros

Not many I can think of , pretty good health benefits and 401k match nice cafeteria and a clean facility , security guard

Cons

Awful lab culture, managers that also the care about anything but samples, supervisors that don't supervise instead write investigations all day. The director displays anything but quality behavior and ex managers still try to manage the labs. They spread negative rumors about the chemists if you are not a favorite. The hours are long due to the workload and you are told you are a complainer if you say anything. The behavior is def not quality. They don't replace people when they leave instead they make people in other departments permanent. Plenty of spies in the lab

Pros

Free Vitamin Water, bottled water, and sometimes fruit. Decent pay and benefits. You only have to work 6 days per week usually

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, no work-life balance, no processes or systems in place. Crazy pressure and competitiveness… No trust by management – no empowerment, extreme micro-management starting at the top. Rule by intimidation and fear. Very negative culture, that starts at the top...first question management asks is – who is to blame? Blame game and no collaboration type of culture. Very high turnover – some voluntary and some not…Many people fired. People get burned out and quit or get fired, so either way a short-term type position. Also title inflation to get people in – everyone gets promoted to come to Sandoz. …then they work you 80 hrs/week, so it’s actually less expensive then hiring 2 people. Just to re-emphasize – NO WORK LIKE BALANCE …and combine that with the commute on Route 1…. You've been warned...
