As a worker of a big company, you have all benefits like insurances, corporate training, very comfortable office

Cons

A lot of overtime, very tedious work, they use excel heavily, you can't just easily install python and stuff to automate your work.

Cons

- purely performance driven - little to no growth opportunities compared to Novartis (huge turnover) - particular advanced degrees more highly valued - promotions to people managers based on performance and not persons ability (or EI) to lead people - employee loyalty not valued
