      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to do cool projects if you are hands-on type, fast pace environment, willingness to try new as organization.

      Cons

      Pressure that never fades, frequent change, no recognition, very high turnover that leads to ‘memory’ loss. Penny count culture in expenditures.

      Firstly and most importantly, the purpose of the company but also: - Great career development for people who take ownership and drive their career. Sandoz / NVS Group provide all the tools necessary for their associates to progress up the career ladder; from training sessions, to mentorship programs, to regular 1:1 feedback sessions - A career with purpose. You can learn a lot quickly. You are encouraged to build your network, to get involved in global projects etc. - Good work / life balance. The majority of the time you own your schedule and there is great flexible working options throughout the company - Sandoz hire great people - Competitive salaries and excellent benefits package - clearly defined career paths and support from mgmt. team

      Cons

      - like all companies and walks of life, at times some people don't realize how good they have it here - yes there is some bureaucracy and red tape, but we are a highly regulated industry so this is natural - it is a large company so changes can take time - systems and processes are behind the times but this is a work in progress
