      Pros

      Sandoz very strongly believes in its purpose to help people around the world access the medicines they need. Associates are really living. The company aspires to to become the world‘s leading generics company and to pioneer access for patients. Great new CEO - strategic, focused yet empowering, „unbossed“ and appraochable at the same time. Love working here!

      Cons

      Generics is the healthcare equivalent to fast moving consumer goods. The pace can be high and require an open mind and the ability to flex.
